1. 应用使用许可
BrewLens 为咖啡冲煮管理、可视化及感官评价提供专业环境。我们授予您个人的、非排他的、不可转让的许可，允许您出于个人或专业咖啡冲煮目的使用本应用。
2. 数据责任
作为一款本地优先（Local-First）的应用，BrewLens 不会在我们的服务器上存储您的数据。
- 您对输入应用的所有数据负全部责任。
- 对于因设备损坏、应用删除或未进行备份而导致的数据丢失，我们不承担任何责任。
3. 禁止行为
您同意不尝试提取应用的源代码，不将应用翻译成其他语言，或制作衍生版本。应用本身以及与之相关的商标、版权、数据库权和其他知识产权均属于 特小白 (Texiaobai)。
4. 免责声明
BrewLens 按"原样"提供，不提供任何形式的保证。虽然我们力求冲煮模型和比例的科学准确性，但我们不保证所提供的信息完全无误。对于因使用本应用而导致的任何直接或间接损失，我们不承担责任。

By downloading or using the BrewLens mobile application, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app.
1. Use of the App
BrewLens provides a professional environment for coffee brewing management, visualization, and sensory evaluation. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal or professional coffee brewing purposes.
2. Data Responsibility
As a Local-First application, BrewLens does not store your data on our servers.
- You are exclusively responsible for any data you enter into the app.
- We are not liable for any data loss caused by device damage, app deletion, or failure to perform backups.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Texiaobai.
4. Limitation of Liability
BrewLens is provided "as is" without any warranties. While we strive for scientific accuracy in our brewing models and scales, we do not guarantee that the information provided is error-free. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the app.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer (Texiaobai) is located.
